Is this something we have to pay for ongoing, or do we own it for life?
This can be either turned over to you permanently, or managed week-to-week. We have pricing models for both, to suit your church's unique needs.
What do we need to get started?
Most churches already have what they need: a soundboard and a computer. If extra equipment is needed, we will let you know prior to any kind of investment.
Do we have to pay for you to travel to our church to do this?
Our process if FULLY REMOTE. All you have to do is kick off your project, and we will walk through everything virtually with you. Now, if you are happy with our livestream services and you want to fly us out to do an on-site visit for your house mix & training, we can accommodate that also.
What if I don’t have someone to run my broadcast week to week?
We offer both remote, real-time mixing, as well as providing you a system that you run on your own with training. If you don't want remote mixing, and you don't have someone to run your broadcast mix locally, then you will be happy to know that our mixes require little to no adjustment anyway to sound fantastic!
What kind of knowledge or training do we need to kick off the process?
You don’t need any kind of specialized knowledge to work with us. We walk through everything with you over a call, and log into your computer. This is all handled for you, from pre-recording setup to the final install of your new mix!
